Abigail joined Imago in May 2012, to look after the organisation’s recruitment needs in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain and the UK. She will continue in this role, whilst simultaneously developing Openingz.com, which will be headquartered at Imago’s Thatcham, Berkshire office.

The new agency, which will operate from this month, will identify and introduce quality candidates including sales account executives, business developers, sales managers and graduate account managers along with technical specialists. All candidates will be assessed using specific recruitment processes such as psychometric testing and proprietory sales assessment tests.
Abigail Brown commented: “We are already using these selection techniques in our internal recruitment of staff very successfully, and we are ideally qualified to extend this into an agency service aimed at other video communications companies. There is nobody else specialising in what is essentially a specialist sector, and we have a unique understanding of the requirements that vendors and resellers need in the appointment of new staff.”
